These Terms & Conditions govern registration for and use of RahEduOnline services operated by Rah ("Rah", "we", "our" or "us").
By creating an account, registering for an Olympiad, making a payment or using RahEduOnline, the student and, where the student is a minor, the student's parent or guardian agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
RahEduOnline is intended for school students participating in academic Olympiads, practice activities, learning programmes and examinations.
The student must be registered in the appropriate grade.
For Grade 1, the student must be at least 5 years old on the date of registration.
Rah may request reasonable information or documentation to verify a student's identity, grade, age, school or registration details.
2. Registration of Minors
Students below 18 years of age must participate with the consent of their parent or lawful guardian.
Registration of a minor constitutes confirmation that the parent or guardian:
- Has authorised the registration.
- Has reviewed the information provided.
- Accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor where legally applicable.
- Consents to the processing of information necessary to provide RahEduOnline services.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
Each student should maintain only the appropriate account allocated to that student. Login credentials must not be shared with another student.
Rah may suspend access where there is evidence of:
- False information.
- Account sharing.
- Fraud.
- Unauthorised access.
- Examination misconduct.
- Abuse of the website or services.
4. Olympiad Fees
RahEduOnline may charge:
- A Grade Fee for each selected Olympiad; and
- A one-time registration fee applicable to the selected Olympiad, where applicable.
The Grade Fee is charged separately for each Olympiad selected by the student.
Where a student has already paid the applicable one-time registration fee for a particular Olympiad, that one-time fee will ordinarily not be charged again for that same Olympiad when the student progresses to a later grade.
For example, where an existing student progresses from Grade 1 to Grade 2 and registers again for an Olympiad for which the one-time registration fee has already been paid, the student will ordinarily be charged only the applicable Grade Fee for that Olympiad, subject to the current fee structure and eligibility rules.
Fees displayed and confirmed during registration apply to that registration order, subject to successful payment.
5. Pending Registrations
Creation of a student account or pending payment order does not by itself provide access to the Student Panel.
A first-time student receives Student Panel access only after at least one eligible Olympiad registration has been successfully paid and confirmed or completed.
A student whose payment is pending may use the Resume Registration facility to continue the pending payment process.
6. Registration Is Non-Transferable
A registration is personal to the student whose information was submitted.
Registration cannot be transferred:
- To another student.
- To a sibling.
- To another person.
- To another account.
Changes between grades or Olympiads are not treated as a transfer and remain subject to Rah registration rules and applicable fees.
7. Examination Schedule
Students and parents are responsible for checking examination dates, times, instructions and eligibility.
Rah intends to conduct all Olympiads made available for registration and does not operate a normal cancellation policy for scheduled Olympiads.
If exceptional operational, technical or other circumstances require a change to an examination schedule, Rah may reschedule the examination or make reasonable arrangements for conducting it.
A schedule change does not automatically create a right to a refund.
8. Missed Examination
If a student fails to attend, start or complete an examination within the applicable examination window for reasons attributable to the student, no refund will be provided.
This includes circumstances such as:
- Forgetting the examination date or time.
- Personal travel or other commitments.
- Failure to have a suitable device or internet connection.
- Failure to log in within the permitted examination period.
- Voluntarily abandoning the examination.
- Other personal circumstances preventing attendance.
9. Grade 1 Guardian Requirement
For Grade 1 students, a parent or guardian should be present or immediately available during an online examination.
The guardian may provide reasonable technical assistance but must not provide academic assistance, suggest answers or complete any part of the examination for the student.
10. Examination Integrity
Students must complete examinations independently unless Rah expressly permits assistance as an accommodation.
The following may result in cancellation or invalidation of an attempt:
- Receiving answers or unauthorised assistance.
- Impersonation.
- Multiple persons completing one examination.
- Tampering with the examination system.
- Attempting to bypass examination restrictions.
- Copying or distributing examination questions.
- Other conduct that compromises examination integrity.
11. Technology Requirements
The student is responsible for having a compatible device, supported browser, adequate internet connectivity, sufficient battery or power and access to the registered account.
Rah will take reasonable measures to operate its platform reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party networks, internet connections or devices controlled by the student.
12. Practice and Learning Material
Practice questions, learning material, PDFs and other educational content are provided for the registered student's personal educational use.
Unless Rah expressly permits otherwise, such material may not be resold, republished, shared publicly, copied in bulk, commercially distributed or used to create competing educational products.
13. Results and Rankings
Rah may publish results, scores, rankings and certificates according to the rules applicable to the relevant Olympiad or examination.
Results become official only after publication by Rah.
Rah may correct genuine clerical, technical or calculation errors.
14. Certificates
Eligible students may receive certificates after results are officially published.
Certificates may include a unique verification number, token or QR code.
A certificate may be revoked or reissued where:
- The underlying result is unpublished or corrected.
- An administrative error is discovered.
- Examination misconduct is established.
- A replacement certificate is issued.
15. Refunds
All registration and Olympiad fees are non-refundable, except where Rah expressly approves a refund for a verified exceptional payment issue or where a refund is required by applicable law.

16. Communication
Users consent to receive service-related communications concerning registration, payment, account security, password recovery, examination schedules, results, certificates and important changes to RahEduOnline services.
17. Intellectual Property
The RahEduOnline website, branding, software, examination questions, educational material, documents and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to a user merely because the user has registered or paid a fee.
18. Service Changes
Rah may update website functionality, examination procedures, educational content, schedules or administrative processes where reasonably required.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning RahEduOnline shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
